When the Oddo family launched Pink Valley in 2018 on the slopes of the Helderberg, they built something singular: a cellar dedicated entirely to rosé, the only one of its kind in South Africa.
The style is Provençal — pale, dry and fresh — drawn from the family’s roots in the south of France. A restaurant and tasting room sit among the vines.
The range stays deliberately tight: a still rosé, its magnum, and a sparkling — each a different expression of the same clear intent.
